Utagawa kunisada changed the sToyokuni III from 1844.

Good condition considering the age, trimmed margins, dirt on upper right part of right sheet.

There are 30 works in total in this series.What is drawn is 袴垂保輔(hakamadare yasusuke).This person was known the oldest seppuku in Japan.

The characteristics of Genji-e in Ukiyo-e differ slightly depending on the Ukiyo-e artist, but it is characterized by having one lord and several maidens and attendants.
Another feature is that it is depicted as if you are playing something different or sightseeing depending on the season.

Kunisada is a art work around the age of 73.

This series of paintings is made up of 4 works according to each season of spring, summer, autumn and winter.
