Here are some notes from Daiwa Shinagawa (current owner of Kyoto Hanga-in,2014) regarding the woodblocks and their survival (or not)
He is quite clear in his explanation that all the blocks held by Nishinomiya were “comletely”destroyed in air-raid circa 1945.

mome( Anzai Keimei 安西啓明)                                                                        Born April 15, 1905 (Meiji 38) in Hachioji, Tokyo. He is his real name Masao. In 1920 (Taisho 9), he became a disciple of Hirose higashi(広瀬東畝), a student of Araki Kanpo, and then became a disciple of kawabata Ryuuko(川端龍子) in 21.”School” was selected for the first time at the 13th Reconstruction Institute Exhibition in 1926.
1929 (Showa 4) Ryuko participates in the formation of Seiryusha(青龍社).”Apartment” and “Honmonji scenery(本門寺風景)” were exhibited at the first exhibition of the same year. After that, at the same exhibition, the 8th “Syusika(集鹿)” in 1936 received the Mr. Y Award, the 11th “Haniwa” in 1939 received the Encouragement Award, and the 12th “Yugame(湯亀)” in 1940 received the Soujo Award. In 1942, he also served as the head of Ryuko’s painting school “Ogata Juku”.He went to Manchuria (Northeastern China) in June 1945 as a professor at the Shinkyo Academy of Arts, but returned to Japan at the end of the war. Since 1948, he has presented a series of landscape works on the theme of architecture nationwide at the Seiryusha Exhibition.From 1960, he started his series “Tokyo Series”, thinking about the rapidly changing city and buildings of Tokyo. He also draws illustrations for new related novels. Since 1957, he has held a solo exhibition every year, and in 1961 he held the first exhibition of Seimeikai, which he presided over. With the death of Ryuko in 1966, Seiryusha was dissolved.After that, he works independently. He is also a director of the Japan Artists Federation.Many modern buildings are depicted in his work
