Red-lacquered inro with three compartments – decorated with shrine, an old woman-shaped deer horn netsuke and a red-lacquered ojime – Japan – Late 19th/early 20th century (Meiji period)

The netsuke is made of deer horn in the shape of an old woman. The netsuke is possibly dated ca. 1920-30.

Ojime’s material is Red-lacquered.
There are scratches and dents and wears.
