Here are some notes from Daiwa Shinagawa (current owner of Kyoto Hanga-in,2014) regarding the woodblocks and their survival (or not)
He is quite clear in his explanation that all the blocks held by Nishinomiya were “comletely”destroyed in air-raid circa 1945.

mome(日吉守)Born in Tokyo and graduated from Tokyo University of the Arts
In 1909 (Meiji 42), he was appointed as a drawing teacher at Kyojo Junior High School.
He also pioneered Japanese artists in “Korea” among Western-style painters.
